Sapphire and Diamond Medallion Pendant

The design is cast in 14K white gold and set with a 4MM round Sapphire and 8X.01CT round brilliant, ideal cut, fine make diamonds. An 18" 14K chain with a spring ring closure is included with this design. In addition to Sapphire, this design can be set with an Emerald, Ruby, or Diamond center stone in 14K yellow, white, or rose gold.
